Upon entering Greenhost, your eyes will instantly travel to the lush hanging gardens surrounding the hotel’s main swimming pool. Above the pool is an open ceiling, which allows fresh air and natural light to enter the area and minimizes the need for air-conditioning.

On the hotel’s rooftop lies its Creative Farm, from which fresh fruits, herbs, and vegetables are delivered to the hotel’s Art Kitchen restaurant daily. Guests are also welcome to join a hydroponic farming class for Rp. 100,000 (~USD6.88) per person and bring home fresh produce, or have it cooked at the restaurant by the hotel’s onsite chefs.

Greenhost proclaims itself as an eco-conscious hotel, and as such, each room at the hotel is designed using locally sourced upcycled materials such as bamboo and wood scraps.
