The Cikajang branch of Nitro Coffee is within reach of the Senayan CBD, but since it’s situated on a relatively quiet street that’s not in direct contact with the hecticness of the surrounding areas, you’ll still be able to fully concentrate on your tasks.

2. Kopikalyan – a spacious coffee shop in the Cikajang neighborhood

Kopikalyan’s Cikajang branch is only minutes away from Nitro Coffee. Like Nitro, Kopikalyan has the advantage of being so close to the CBD. Its accessibility doesn’t only benefit laptop warriors, but it’s also convenient for office workers desperate for some downtime after work.

SRSLY Coffee is a favorite among the row of fantastic cafes and eateries along Cipete Raya. It’s a 10-minute walk from the Cipete MRT station, so it’s a great meeting point for both professional and leisure purposes.

5. Diskusi Kopi – lots of light, room, and delicious coffee

Diskusi Kopi has three locations, but its Bangka branch is a great place to go to when you need to work outside of the house. There are two floors, and there’s plenty of space between tables, so you’ll be able to fully concentrate on your work.

Those of you who like natural light will definitely find the large windows a plus point as they add comfort to the overall atmosphere of the coffee shop.

Kroma is just effortlessly stylish. Its recent relocation to Dharmawangsa, a lush South Jakartan neighborhood, only reinforces its long-standing tastefulness. This coffee shop isn’t only nice to look at, but also nice to sit and work in for hours on end.

Kyō Coffee, a relatively new addition to East Jakarta’s cafe scene, draws heavily from Japanese architecture and interior design. So if you’re in the mood to not only enjoy a good cup of coffee while getting through your to-do list, but also take in a nice view, then this is the place for you.
