Local F&B brands are the main star here, where you can find anything from Indonesian, Asian, to western dishes. While a slice of pizza (from Rp.22,000, ~USD1.54) from Paper Plates is the go-to option for an easy eat, some local favorites to try are the Ayam Woku ala Omah (Rp.35,000, ~USD2.45) served over rice from Semangkuk Nasi and Bakmi Lebar Yamin (Rp.30,000, ~USD2.10) from Mimi Homemade Noodle.

7. COMO Park – a dog-friendly hangout compound
Community spaces aren’t for humans alone. With a dog park nestled on the rear side of the compound, COMO Park offers the calming experience of enjoying a cup of coffee while treating your furry friends to a day out, then finishing off with a wholesome meal at one of its food spots.
If you’re a pet owner and bored of the conventional weekend spots, a day at this lively and dog-friendly compound is your best bet. Not to mention, its F&B selection is diverse with options from coffee, pizza, salads, to gelatos from local-made brands. If this is your first time visiting this Kemang hangout space, make sure to get yourself a slice of New York-style pizza at Pizza Place, which starts at Rp. 25,000 (~USD1.75).
To cool off after a long day frolicking at the park, dine on healthy vegan bowls and sip on refreshing iced lattes at The Roots. Best of all, as humans and furry friends are frequent visitors of this communal establishment, dining in with your four-legged friends is allowed at most restaurants for as long as they are leashed.

Resembling food and retail marketplaces in other urban cities, the compound’s main building and most of its establishments also offer more outdoor than indoor seating areas, so you can immerse yourself with fellow city-dwellers longing for some quality communal interactions.

Another activity you need to add to your list at COMO Park is thrifting. Located below ground level of the main building is Footurama, a curated consignment store selling vintage collectables and new and preloved goods. Who knows – you might find some designer items for a good bargain.
